Sitting on a spiraling, rolling hills setting  in Walden, New York with spectacular views of the Schwangunk Mountains is Angry Orchard.

This hard cider company was started in 2011 and opened the Walden facility in 2015.
The Walden location is open to the public for tours. There is also a store  where fun novelty items can be found along with food and beverages.

In 2016 Angry Orchard teamed up with famous treehouse builder Pete Nelson from Animal Planets “Tree House Master” show. The end result created a one-of-a-kind treehouse tasting room. If you visit, be sure to stop by as it offers a unique view of the Angry Orchard property.

Angry Orchard also sponsors special events like the recent Harvest Festival which drew 3,000 people  and featured a concert with “Dirty Head,” “Iration” and “Pacifyer.”

Bad to the Bone – Cruise For a Cause, demonstrates the orchards corporate responsibility. The event, which featured an autograph and photo session with Paul Jr. from Orange County Choppers raised money for local charities. They will host “Real Men Wear Pink” this weekend, bringing awareness to breast cancer.

“Soul City” performed at a recent tasting party. Playing the all time classics of Motown and Watt Stax. They had the crowd up dancing and even forming conga lines. Kelly, a manager at Angry Orchard said, “We never had a band like this, who got so many people up dancing.”
