Kim Turner of Newburgh was recognized for her achievements in the Arts at the 2012 Tribute to Women of Achievement of Orange County reception, held on Wednesday night at Anthony’s Pier 9. Turner is the founder, visionary and artistic director of the Newburgh Performing Arts Academy (NPAA). She is pictured with her parents, Patricia and Mason Turner.
