Crystal Run Healthcare is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Summers-Gibson, MSN/Ed, CDE, RN to Director of Education. In her new role as Director of Education, Ms. Summers-Gibson will be responsible for staff development.
Ms. Summers-Gibson joined Crystal Run in 2010 where she served as the Nurse Educator and was instrumental in developing Nursing Curriculum, orientation and competencies, the roll out of the HealthStream Learning Center and HeartCode for the clinical staff.
Crystal Run has long been recognized for its leadership in staff development and training. Nothing is more evident of this than the promotion of talented candidates from within.
